The Automation Company

IIoT · Machine Vision · SCADA Retrofit · Delhi NCR

We instrument the factoriesthat already exist.

Retrofit-first automation for Indian manufacturing. We pull data out of machines that were never meant to talk — legacy PLCs, analogue meters, dumb CCTV — and turn it into OEE you can act on by the next shift.

Most Indian plants already have the machines. What they don't have is the data coming off them.

Downtime on most un-instrumented lines is logged by hand, hours after it happens

— what we see on audits

A machine older than its operator can still report cycle counts over Modbus

— true of most 1990s-onward PLCs

Typical OEE gap between the morning-meeting number and the measured number: double digits

How an engagement runs

Audit to operate, without stopping the line.

  1. 01

    Audit

    2–5 days on site

We walk the floor with your maintenance head, open panels, test comms ports, check camera streams, and map where data can come from.

  2. 02

    Retrofit

    2–6 weeks, staged

Gateways, meters, sensors, and scanners go in — machine by machine, in planned windows between shifts.

  3. 03

    Integrate

    1–3 weeks, mostly remote

    Data starts flowing into dashboards.

  4. 04

    Operate

    Ongoing

Monthly on-site reviews for the first quarter, then quarterly.

The full process, including what can go wrong

Why choose us

Four promises we put in the contract.

  • Retrofit-first

Your machines stay. We add sensing and comms — no rip-and-replace.

  • Your data, your network

On-premise by default. Cloud only if you ask, and only one-way.

  • No lock-in

Open components, unlocked PLC programs, cancel software with 30 days' notice.

  • NCR on-site support

A named engineer, remote same-day, at your plant within 48 hours.

A

We show up before the giants do

The large integrators quote six-figure projects for thousand-machine plants. We work with the 40-machine fastener shop in Faridabad that they will not answer the phone for — and we price so a plant can start with one line and prove the value before spending more.

B

Compliance is pushing this anyway

Customer audits, IATF traceability requirements, energy reporting, and the DPDP Act's rules on biometric data are already landing on Indian plants. Instrumentation you were going to be forced into eventually costs less when it is planned.

C

We sell the shovels, not the gold rush

We are not promising an AI transformation. We install gateways, meters, cameras, and panels — the unglamorous layer every later ambition depends on. Whatever software fashion comes next, it will need the data infrastructure we put in.
