03 / DASHBOARDS
Dashboards
The registers, Excel sheets, and WhatsApp groups that actually run your plant, replaced by software built for a shop floor. Role-based, shift-aware, and usable on a dusty kiosk with work gloves on.
What it actually does
LMS
Training content, assessments, and certification records for operators — in Hindi and English, watchable on a shared kiosk. Line supervisors see who is certified for which station before assigning work. Expiring certifications flag ahead of time instead of during an audit.
Stack Next.js + PostgreSQL · video + quiz modules · certification registry · kiosk mode
HR / Management Software
Shift rosters, leave, overtime, and contractor headcount in one place, reconciled against gate entries. Monthly reports that used to take your HR team three days assemble themselves. Exports match what your payroll vendor and compliance filings need.
Stack Role-based access · shift calendar engine · exportable reports · payroll-format exports
Maintenance Ticketing
An operator raises a breakdown ticket from the line kiosk in ten seconds; maintenance sees it instantly with the machine's history attached. Preventive schedules generate their own tickets. MTTR and MTBF per machine stop being guesses.
Stack Ticket queue + escalation rules · PM scheduler · machine history · spares checklist
Attendance and Skill Matrix
Attendance from biometric or face-recognition gates feeds directly into the same system that knows each operator's certified skills. The morning line-up screen shows who is present and where they can legally be deployed. Skill gaps per line become a training plan, not a crisis.
Stack Gate-device integration · skill matrix engine · deployment board · gap reports

The questions plant heads ask.
ERPs are built for accounts and inventory, not for a supervisor standing at a line. This layer handles the shop-floor workflows your ERP ignores, and exports clean data into it rather than competing with it.
